Author’s Guidelines

  1. Submitted paper is original and not yet submitted nor considered for publication to other journals or conferences.
  2. Proper citation must be considered for tables, figures, and other information taken from others works.
  3. The title should contain a maximum of 12 words.
  4. The abstract should contain 200 to 300 words.
  5. The paper should have 5-6 keywords.
  6. The introduction should include motivation, background, and other related literatures.
  7. The methodology should include procedures, materials, and other preparation in the conduct of the study.
  8. The results and discussions should include results and its further explanation in readable format.
  9. The conclusion and future words should include summary of results and future works.
  10. The acknowledgement is optional that may include people, institution and other relevant information that help the researchers in pursuing the study.
  11. The references should include list of references of sources of information.

Submission Guidelines:

  1. Submit the not more than eight (8) pages manuscript in PDF format without author’s name(s) and affiliations(s) using the IRCCAITE-IEEE Paper format through EasyChair Account. Download format here. Download
  2. Check the paper’s readability before submission.
  3. The similarity index or tolerance of similarity of the paper must be less than 15%.
    Note: If the authors would like to use Turnitin for similarity detection, make sure to check the box with NO Repository setting when executing the Turnitin software.
  4. Submit the paper to EasyChair using the link below:

Criteria for Paper Evaluation:

  1. Relevance of the paper
  2. Contribution of the paper in the field of Computer Engineering
  3. Clarity and readability of presentation of paper
  4. Technical quality and originality of the paper
  5. Use of English language
  6. Quality of references
  7. Validity of data, results and claims

Camera Ready Guidelines:

  1. The results of the review will be emailed to the author(s).
  2. Accepted papers for presentation and/or publication should revise the paper according to the recommendations of the reviewers.
  3. Template of the final paper is indicated in the notification of acceptance.
  4. Please see Registration steps from the notification of acceptance for additional instructions.

Oral Presentation Guidelines:

  1. The presenter is given a maximum of 10 minutes to present the paper
  2. Inclusion of demonstration of testing such as videos is encouraged.
